Peel 6 potatoes and cut into quarters or thick slices.
Dry on paper towels, then place in large bowl.
Sprinkle with salad dressing mix (pour right from the envelope) and bacon (coarsely chopped).
Transfer the mixture to a shallow baking pan and bake at 425Β° for about 45 minutes.
Makes about 6 servings.
