Cut two pieces of foil (about 12 x 18-inches).
Split potato in half and put in center of foil.
Place chop on top; stack with other vegetables and salt and pepper.
Fold foil, sealing tightly. Bake at 450Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve with green salad, tea and dinner rolls and a little dessert later.
