Sauteed Spinach
Sauteed Spinach is an easy dinner. Made with 10 oz. pkg. fresh spinach, 3 tbsp. margarine, 1/4 tsp. sugar, 1 green onion, chopped and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Remove stems from spinach.
Wash leaves and pat dry.
Set aside.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add green onion.
Cook, stirring constantly, until tender.
Add spinach, sugar and salt.
Cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until spinach is wilted and tender, stirring once.
Drain and serve immediately.
Yields 3 servings.
