Sauteed Snap Beans
Sauteed Snap Beans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. snap beans, cooked until almost done, 3 tbsp. oil or bacon fat, 2 tbsp. instant onion, 2 tbsp. water and dash of garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Saute beans 1 minute in enough oil or bacon fat to cover bottom of wok or pan.
Add instant onion and water to mix and saute again. Add dash of garlic salt, cracked black pepper and chili sauce. Toss lightly.
Serve on platter.
Garnish with beets or other vegetable of your choice to add color.
