Sauteed Scallops
Sauteed Scallops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. scallops, 4 tbsp. butter, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 clove garlic and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Scallops and set aside.
Melt 1/2 the butter.
In a pan, scallops been seasoned with salt, crushed garlic, pepper and 1/2 of paprika.
Saute on low heat 5 to 10 minutes until brown.
Remove to side for a while (place on plate).
Same pan, add balance of butter, paprika, lemon juice and parsley.
Simmer and stir
2 minutes.
Pour over scallops and serve.
