Sauteed Apples is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c apple cider, 2 tbsp. packed dark brown sugar, 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1 tsp. margarine and 6 large apples, peeled, cored & cut into eights, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix cider, sugar and cinnamon until sugar dissolves.

Melt margarine over medium high heat in a 12-inch nonstick skillet.

Add apples and stir to coat.

Add 1/2 cup cider mixture.

Raise heat to high.

Cook apples stirring frequently until most liquid has evaporated and begins to burn.

Lower heat, add remaining cider mixture.

Cook until apples are done and liquid has evaporated, stirring frequently.
