Sausage Wedges
Sausage Wedges is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage, 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar or american cheese, 2 tbsp. onion, diced, 3/4 c. milk and 4 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Crumble sausage in a 9-inch pie plate.
Cover with paper towel; microwave for 3 to 4 minutes on High.
Drain off fat. Sprinkle cheese over sausage; stir in onion.
In a medium bowl, combine milk and eggs.
Add parsley and butter.
Pour over sausage.
Cover with plastic wrap; microwave 4 minutes on High. Stir, cover and microwave for 6 to 8 minutes on Medium (50%).
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
