Sausage Surprise
Sausage Surprise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box seasoned croutons, 2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese, 1 lb. cooked, drained pork sausage, sliced mushrooms (if desired) and pimentos (if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix together first 7 ingredients and put in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Mix eggs, milk and dry mustard well.
Pour over top of casserole.
