Made with 1 1/2 lb. seasoned sausage meat (bob evans), 1/4 c. margarine, 4 tbsp. curry powder, 1 medium onion, cut into squares and 1 large green pepper, cut into squares, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Sausage meat (drain if you like).
Add margarine and curry powder.
Onions and green peppers.
Cook for about 5 minutes.
