Sausage Sandwich
Sausage Sandwich is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sausage, 2 large green peppers, sliced, 2 large onions, sliced, 10 mushrooms, sliced and 6 sandwich buns, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In large saucepan, melt 1 cup butter.
Add vegetables.
When they start to cook, add sausage.
Turn down heat, cover and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In another saucepan, melt the other cup of butter.
Slice buns in half.
Put bun in butter for about 1 minute.
Do the same with the other buns. After finished, place a piece of sausage and some vegetables on the bun.
