Sausage Rounds
Sausage Rounds is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 lb. sausage, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 small can mushrooms and 1/2 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown ground chuck and sausage together.
Drain.
In a large saucepan mix cheese, mushrooms and oregano until cheese melts and coats all ingredients.
Place a heaping tablespoonful of mixture on rye rounds and freeze.
At anytime, take from freezer and bake in a 350Β° oven for 15 minutes.
Makes about 40 rounds.
