Sausage Rolls
Sausage Rolls is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. biscuit mix, milk and 1 lb. bulk hot sausage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Prepare 2 cups biscuit mix with milk according to directions on box.
Roll into a rectangle.
Crumble and spread sausage over biscuit rectangle.
Roll up jelly roll fashion, the long way. Place in freezer.
When ready to serve, remove from freezer 1/2 hour before slicing thinly.
Bake on lightly greased cookie sheets at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen.
