Sausage Roll
Sausage Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage (gunnoe's), 1 lb. loaf frozen dough, 2 eggs, beaten, 2 tbsp. dried parsley and 1/2 hunk mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Let bread thaw completely.
Brown sausage and crumble it.
Put cheese through food processor until finely ground.
Beat eggs and mix all ingredients together (sausage, eggs, parsley and cheeses).
Roll out bread.
Put sausage mixture in middle of bread.
Roll bread into a tube.
Let rise 1 hour.
Bake at 350Β° until brown.
Butter top of bread after done.
