Sausage Roll
Sausage Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 frozen bread loaf, thaw for at least 2 hours, 1 lb. pork sausage, 1 medium-size onion, chopped, 1 medium green pepper, chopped and 1 (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In skillet, brown sausage and then add onion and green pepper. Continue cooking slowly until onion and green pepper are soft. Drain off grease.
(I use a colander.) Put in a bowl and add the 2 cheeses.
Stir well to blend.
Roll out bread dough and spread on meat filling.
Roll up as for jelly roll sealing edges.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
