Sausage Roll
Sausage Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. pizza dough, 1 lb. sausage (hot), 1 egg, 1/3 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded and grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Fry sausage out of casing.
Cool sausage in strainer.
Whip egg and mix with sausage and Mozzarella cheese.
Roll dough out, wide as a piece of tinfoil, long as a cutting board.
Put sausage and cheese mixture on dough.
Sprinkle onion salt, garlic salt and lots of Parmesan cheese.
Roll up and seal sides.
Bake at 350Β° on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 15 minutes at a time, until brown (at least 30 minutes).
