Sausage Ring
Sausage Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf frozen bread dough, 1 lb. sausage, 2 eggs, 1 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Thaw bread (not to rise).
Cook sausage; drain.
While hot, add 1 egg, cheese and seasoning.
Mix and set aside.
Roll dough into 6 x 18-inch (pull to size).
Put meat filling in center; bring sides up and pinch on top.
Form a ring; slice every 2 to 3 inches on top (not all the way through).
Beat other egg and spread on top; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover and let rise for 45 minutes.
Then bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
