Sausage Ring
Sausage Ring is an easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten, 1 c. fine bread crumbs, 1 lb. bob evans hot and spicy or sage sausage, 1/2 c. parsley and 1 lb. bob evans regular flavor sausage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine all ingredients.
Place mix in a Bundt or tube pan (greased).
Bake for one hour at 375Β°.
Every 20 minutes, drain fat.
Let cool and invert onto plate.
Can be frozen and reheated.
