Sausage Ring
Sausage Ring is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sausage, 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs, 1 c. finely chopped apples, 2 eggs, beaten and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix all ingredients and press in ring mold to shape.
Bake on a pie plate or in pan for 1 hour at 350Β°.
Serve on platter with broiled peaches around mold and scrambled eggs in the center of the ring.
