Sausage Ring
Sausage Ring is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sausage, 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs, 1 c. chopped apples, 1/4 c. onions and 2 eggs, beaten with 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all together and shape into a ring.
Grease pan, then put foil on it and grease it too.
Cook 1 hour at 350Β°.
When done, garnish with peaches.
Good for brunch.
