Sausage Rice
Sausage Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk hot sausage, 1 c. long grain rice, 1 c. onion, chopped, 1 c. celery, chopped and 1 c. carrots, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Break up sausage; brown and drain well.
Mix with next 8 ingredients; place in casserole.
(At this point, it may be refrigerated for a day.)
When ready to bake, add bouillon. Bake, covered, for 1 1/4 hours at 350Β°.
