Sausage Quiche
Sausage Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 unbaked pie shells, 3 eggs, 24 oz. sour cream, 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 2 tsp. salt (not necessary), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Fry and drain sausage.
Mix into eggs, sour cream and cheese mixture.
Add and blend Worcestershire and salt.
Pour into unbaked pie shells and bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
Reduce to 325° and cook 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
Ham or hamburger can be substituted for sausage.
