Sausage Pie
Sausage Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained, 4 eggs, 1 (8 oz.) sour cream, 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese and 2/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place crumbled cooked sausage in bottom of pie shells. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over sausage.
Cook, uncovered, on cookie lowest shelf of oven at 350Β° until golden brown, about 55 minutes.
Serve at once or cool and freeze if desired.
