Sausage Pie

Made with regular pie crust, make or buy (bottom shell only), 1/2 lb. hot or mild italian sausage, crumbled, fried and drained, ricotta cheese (approximately 3 c.), 1/2 c. grated mozzarella cheese and 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
