Sausage Pie
Sausage Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hot sausage, 1 onion, chopped, 1 pkg. sharp cheddar, grated, 1 c. bisquick and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In skillet brown 1 pound sausage and chopped onion.
Drain.
In 2 greased pie plates or 1 large square pan, spread meat.
Sprinkle whole package grated cheese over mixture.
In a bowl, mix Bisquick, eggs and milk and pour over meat/cheese mixture.
Slice bell peppers and place on top.
Cook for 30 minutes at 400Β°.
Let cool slightly before slicing.
