Sausage Pie
Sausage Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 1 egg, 1 c. milk, 4 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded and 6 slices american cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Fry sausage and drain very well.
Line pie crust with American cheese, cut to fit.
Put sausage in pie crust.
Mix egg and milk together and pour over sausage.
