Sausage Mac
Sausage Mac is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. elbow macaroni, 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage (bob evans in a tube), 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. canned corn, drained and 1 tbsp. parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook macaroni in boiling water about 8 minutes or till just tender; drain.
Cook meat and onion until meat is browned; drain fat.
Add corn, parsley, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Stir in cream cheese and milk.
Stir in macaroni and heat through.
