Sausage Hash Brown Pie

Made with 24 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed, 1/3 c. butter, melted, 1 1/2 tsp. instant beef bouillon, 1 lb. sausage and 1/3 c. onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 400°.
Mix together hash browns, butter and bouillon.
Press into a 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350°.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown sausage and onion; drain fat.
Combine eggs and cheese with meat mixture; pour onto hash brown crust.
Sprinkle top with reserved shredded cheese.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.
