Sausage-Greens Pie
Sausage-Greens Pie is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 22 minutes. Made with . sweet italian sausage, chopped, eggs, (10 oz.) pkg. frozen greens (of choice), thawed and chopped, (16 oz.) pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese and c. ricotta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown 1 pie shell.
To ground sausage add eggs, Mozzarella cheese, Ricotta cheese, salt, pepper and garlic.
Mix well.
Blend in greens.
Pour into brown pie shell.
Cut remaining uncooked pie crust into strips.
Lace over top of the green sausage mixture. Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
