Sausage Cornbread
Sausage Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal and 1 large can creamed corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Grease 10 1/2-inch skillet.
Brown sausage and onion.
Drain well.
Combine egg, cornmeal, corn, milk and oil.
Stir well.
Pour 1/2 cornbread in skillet.
Layer sausage and cheese.
Spoon remaining batter on top.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
