Sausage Cheese Cloud is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices bread, crusts taken off, 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, 1 lb. sausage, cooked, 4 eggs and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place 6 slices of buttered bread in greased dish.
Place 1/2 of cheese and meat over bread.
Add 6 more slices of bread, then rest of cheese and meat.
Beat eggs; add milk, onion and seasonings.
Pour over layered bread and meat.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
