Sausage-Cheese Appetizers
Sausage-Cheese Appetizers is an easy dinner. Made with 20 oz. box bisquick (about 5 c.), 1 lb. sausage (raw; hot if you like) and 10 oz. cheddar cheese, melted (you can use extra sharp), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Use hands.
Make into balls the size of walnuts.
Place on foil lined cookie sheet and freeze.
Do not let them touch.
After frozen, place in plastic bag and keep in freezer.
When ready to use, take out what you need and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 to 35 minutes until brown.
Serve with favorite sauce to dip in (I like J. Lee Roy's Dippin Sauce).
