Sausage Casserole
Sausage Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 5 baking size potatoes, peeled and cubed, 1 lb. sausage, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 chopped onion and 1 cube monterey jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil potatoes until tender.
Cook and scramble sausage and onion together.
Put potatoes in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan (cake size).
Spread sausage and onion on top.
Pour 2 cans of soup on top.
Cover with shredded cheese.
Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
