Sausage Casserole
Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sausage, 8 slices bread, trimmed, 1/2 stick oleo, 2 c. sharp cheese, shredded and 5 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sausage over medium heat until done, stirring and crumbling well.

Spread each slice of bread with oleo. Cut bread into cubes and place in a 13
