Sausage Casserole
Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sausage, 8 slices bread, trimmed, 1/2 stick oleo, 2 c. sharp cheese, shredded and 5 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sausage over medium heat until done, stirring and crumbling well.
On paper towel and set aside.
Spread each slice of bread with oleo. Cut bread into cubes and place in a 13
9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with sausage and top with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 350Β° for 1 hour. Serve hot.
