Sausage Casserole
Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage (hot or regular), 1 c. onion, chopped, 1 c. bell pepper, chopped, 1 c. celery, chopped and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook sausage and crumble while cooking.
Drain excess fat and place in large bowl.
Saute onion, pepper and celery in skillet sausage was cooked in.
Add sausage, soups, rice and water.
Mix well and place in 11 x 13-inch dish.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°. Can be frozen.
Serves 6 to 8.
