Sausage Casserole
Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 2 lb. bulk sausage, 5 eggs, 3/4 tsp. mustard and 2 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown and drain meat.
Grease a 13 x 9 pan.
Then layer most of the croutons, cheese and sausage in the pan.
Beat eggs, 2 1/2 cups of milk and mustard.
Pour mixture over ingredients in pan.
Cover pan and refrigerate overnight.
