Sausage Casserole
Sausage Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. crescent rolls, 2 lb. sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained, 1 pkg. sharp or mild cheddar cheese and 4 to 6 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In Pyrex dish (Pam spray) put rolls in bottom and push dough up the sides.
Put sausage over dough, then add cheese on top of sausage.
Pour beaten eggs over top.
Brown; do not overcook. Bake at 350Β° 20 to 30 minutes.
Can be prepared day before you are going to serve.
Don't cook until you are ready to serve.
