Sausage Bread Squares
Sausage Bread Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, 1/2 c. grated swiss cheese and 1 beaten egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown sausage and onion.
Drain.
In a bowl combine sausage mixture with cheese, egg and seasonings.
Make dough with Bisquick, milk and mayonnaise.
Divide dough in half.
Press half of dough in well greased 8-inch square pan.
Cover with sausage mixture.
Put remaining half of dough on top.
Brush with a beaten egg yolk.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes.
Cut into small squares and serve warm.
Good with breakfast, for a morning coffee or as hors d'oeuvres.
