Sausage Bread
Sausage Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf french bread or sub rolls, 1 lb. hot sausage, 1/2 c. milk, 2 eggs and 1 green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Saute green pepper and onion in butter.
Slice top off bread long ways.
Take out middle and make crumbs.
Cook sausage; drain.
Mix sausage and next 4 ingredients real good.
Put 1/2 cheese in bottom of bread, then sausage mixture, topping with rest of cheese.
Put top back on bread; wrap in foil.
Bake 30 minutes in 315Β° oven.
