Sausage Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. sausage, 1 egg, 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, 12 oz. mozzarella and pizza dough (may use pillsbury roll mix), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Let pizza dough stand at room temperature.
Brown sausage and grate cheese.
Spread pizza dough about 1/2-inch.
Whip egg and spread 1/2 over dough.
Sprinkle sausage and cheeses over dough. Roll up sides and secure ends.
Spread remaining egg over dough and bake at 325Β° until golden brown.
