Sausage Bites
Sausage Bites is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh pork sausage or italian sausage, casing removed, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 2 c. buttermilk baking mix, 4 tsp. bourbon and 1 tsp. dried sage, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Combine sausage, buttermilk mix and bourbon in a mixing bowl.
Mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Form 1-inch balls and place on rack on cookie sheet, so that sausage fat drains.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from rack immediately.
Serves about 60.
