Fry sausage.
Drain and crumble.
Place flour in a mixing bowl.
Cut in shortening.
Add buttermilk and stir until blended. Stir in sausage.
Knead on a floured board about 10 times.

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown at 450Β°.
