Sausage Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. biscuit mix, 1 c. ground sausage and 8 or 10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix biscuit mix and ground sausage very well, then add cheese. Mix well again.
Roll into balls the size of large marbles. These can be made in advance, covered and refrigerated.
Bake at 350Β° until brown; serve very hot.
Leftovers can be frozen, thawed, heated and served again.
