Sausage Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. bisquick, 10 oz. sharp cheese, grated and 1 lb. sausage, crumbled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grate cheese cold then let come to room temperature for better mixing and shaping of balls.
Mix cheese, Bisquick and sausage; form 1 1/2-inch balls which may be flattened with a fork. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until brown at 350Β°.
This does well baked and then frozen.
Heat just before serving.
