Sausage and Potato Casserole
Sausage And Potato Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 5 large potatoes, boiled, 2 lb. browned sausage, 1 (8 oz.) box velveeta cheese and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil potatoes until tender; peel and slice.
Cut cheese into 1-inch cubes.
In casserole dish, put layer of potatoes, sausage and cheese until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese. Pour 1/2 cup of milk over casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
