Sauerkraut Salad
Sauerkraut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. vinegar, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 2 c. water, 2 (29 oz.) cans sauerkraut and 1 small jar pimientos, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

First boil vinegar, sugar and water for 10 minutes.
Let cool completely.
After mixture has cooled, pour over the remaining ingredients.
Put all in a gallon jar and age for 7 days, then they are ready for eating.
