Sauerkraut Salad
Sauerkraut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. oil, 1/2 c. vinegar, 1 large can sauerkraut, drained and 5 green onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Bring sugar, oil and vinegar to a boil.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Let cool.
Mix sauerkraut, onions, celery, green pepper and pimentos.
Pour vinegar mixture over all. Mix well.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
Will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.
