Sauerkraut Cake
Sauerkraut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 c. water and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs one at a time, beating well.
Sift all dry ingredients and add to mixture, alternating with 1 cup of water.
Add vanilla. When well mixed, add sauerkraut, well drained and cut fine.
Bake at 350Β° in a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan for about 30 minutes.
