Sauerkraut Beef Casserole
Sauerkraut Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, 1 c. minute rice (uncooked), 1 lb. ground beef, browned and cooked until done, 1 (10 oz.) can undiluted tomato soup and 1 (10 oz.) can undiluted chicken noodle soup (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a 2-quart casserole, place the sauerkraut, rice and beef in order given.
Over the top, pour undiluted tomato soup and undiluted chicken noodle soup.
DO NOT STIR.
Leave in layers. Sprinkle with wheat germ or crushed cornflakes (optional).
Bake, uncovered, about 1 hour at 350Β°.
