Saturday Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 fryer, cut up or 6 good size chicken pieces, 1 can golden mushroom soup, 1 c. whipping cream, unwhipped (the cream makes the difference), salt and garlic salt and paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Sprinkle salt and garlic salt on chicken. Sprinkle paprika liberally over chicken. Arrange chicken in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix the soup and whipping cream in a bowl and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
