Sarma with Cabbage
Sarma With Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground pork, 1/3 c. chopped parsley, 1/3 c. rice, 1 medium onion, chopped and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook rice and mix together all of the ingredients.
Take one head of cabbage and peel off leaves.
Make a ball of the meat mixture and wrap the cabbage leaves around it.
Place cabbage in a pot.
Then add water until it just covers the cabbage.
Stew 2 medium sized tomatoes and add to the water.
Bring to low boil and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
Mix 2 tablespoons flour with 1 cup water by putting into a closed jar and shaking.
Add to the pot and cook 30 minutes longer or until cabbage is tender.
